Job Description

  • Responsible as account managers to liaise with assigned agency leaders to ensure Agencies' Sales, Recruitments and Claims processes are in line with AIA Myanmar's policies.              
  • Ensure that assigned Agencies' plan their monthly sales initiatives, contest (according to monthly campaign and other sales contest) and assist with Sales support where necessary.
  • Monitor new agent recruitment pipeline of each agency and help ensure quality of recruitment process, and conduct company level recruitment events.
  • Assist with Financial Service Managers for the development of agent prospecting practice and calling routines, socialize with agent on planning and reviewing their activities and goals.
  • Assist with evaluation of the agents' capabilities and enrollment of upskilling training with training department.
  • Assist with Financial Service Managers to help drive agents to achieve their business targets, improve agent productivity & retention.
  • Assist with maintenance of the quality business including maintaining persistency levels and close monitoring of policy surrenders if any.

Job Requirements

  • Prefer 5-8 years of experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Myanmar and English.
  • Ability to engage in multi-tasking effectively and work well under intense pressure.
