• Oversee daily operations of the Operation /Production
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
• Coordinate all manufacturing department to ensure volume and quality requirements are met.
• Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.

• Develop growth by implementing business strategies, promotions and marketing plans by cooperating with Sales Manager
• Conduct market survey and competitor’s analysis to forecast the trends, needs of the market, and consumer behaviors
• Cooperate with the marketing department and decorate the store to get customer attention including seasonal events such as water festival, lighting festival, Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports and submit them to the management

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and  other Management Trainings

Need to have experience in a leadership role

Need to have general knowledge of retail - supermarket or shop and related business
functions

Strong in Negotiations Skills

Age must be between 30- 40

Can work under pressure
