(1) Ensure International Banking Department's operational functions, Trade Financing,Account reconciliation,documentation and settlement are carried out as per defined SOP and CBM's instructions.

(2) Supervise International Remittance transactions.

(3) Authorization of sending SWIFT message and T24 system.

(4) Ensure that all transaction processing is in compliance with regulatory and Bank's policies, procedures and standards with prompt intervention to resolve problems/ concern areas.

(5) Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal/external customers and relevant stakeholders necessary for smooth functioning of the Operations.

(6) Attending to customer's queries, explaining and advising products, processes and regulations to customers,and solving customers' problems relating to international banking transactions.

(7) Ensuring accurate and timely transaction reporting for all products on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

(8) Monitoring on operational processes, staff efficiency and providing recommendation for process improvements and controls.

(9) Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Department Head.

(1) Bachelor /Master Degree of Business Management (Commerse, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications)

(2) Knowledge of trade finance from end to end with strong risk awareness.

(3) Minimum (5) years of related Trade management experience within a commercial bank with progressive management experience.

(4) Good written and verbal communication skills, and computer literate.

(5) Good interpersonal and people management skills.

(6) Able to work under pressure and capable to solve problems.

(7) Trade related trainings will be a plus such as (CDCS/CITF/CSDG)
