Handle day-to-day operational tasks of International Banking
Follow policies and objectives with regard to international business practices in accordance to the bank’s policies and procedures
Keep updating knowledge regarding international trade, TT Remittance and business policies
Manage related reports regarding International Banking and reconciliation on all General Ledgers entries against transaction reports on daily basis
Attend to customers’ queries, explaining and advising products, processes and regulations to customers, and solve customers’ problems relating to international banking transactions
Provide efficient services to clients with international business dealings
Understand the changes in business needs; assess the business impact of change required, bring together, analyze and document the requirements; support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stake-holders.
Manage & monitor on operational processes, staff efficiency, and providing recommendation for process improvements and controls
Manage Communication successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team for support requirements
Train and motivate the team members to perform consistently high standard in a team environment
Execute other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, in order to maintain, promote, develop and expand the bank and its interests

Job Requirements
Bachelor/ Master Degree holder in any specialization preferably Business Management, Banking, Finance, or equivalent
Certificate/Diploma holder in Trade Finance or other related field will be advantaged
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in international/corporate banking field, with at least 2 years in a Management role in the Banking Industry
Experience in the most current trade, financial institutions, SWIFT payment standard and products used in the banking industry.
Knowledge of up to date Foreign Exchange Management Laws and Regulations would be an added advantage
Professional attitude and appearance,Customer service mindset and attitude
Strong problem-solving, managerial and analytical skills; good social and communication skills, coupled with organizational skills.
Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English & Myanmar Languages
