The role holder is responsible for the smooth execution of routine international inward remittance transactions for bank customers on a day-to-day operation and for ensuring high levels of customer services.

• Solve the customers’ complaint about the inward remittance via telephone/ e-mail/ face-to-face to get customers’ satisfaction
• Release Swift messages for query or incorrect beneficiary’s data to release to overseas banks as a Swift Authorizer
• Check Monthly "OUR" charges Report to claim to respective banks
• Release Swift messages to claim "OUR" charges to respective banks as a Swift Authorizer
• Check, Prepare and Report the Loan-inward-remittance to CBM
• Check CTR, STR Monthly Report
• Send request approval for inward remittance case to CBM
• Collect data of inward remittance transactions for all necessary reports
• Check the Swift inward voucher & authorize to be able to credit to the customer A/C
• Query to the correspondent banks about inward remittance
• Check Weekly Nostro Outstanding
• Solve all the Swift related issues
• Solve all the inward remittance related internal and external issues
• Assist Head of department and VCGM for all necessary reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, or a similar field. (Master degree as MBA, MBF is more preferred)
• Prior Experience in Payments Processing.
• Good Team management skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel in particular 
• Attention to Detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and present financial reports.
• Well experience in Foreign Remittance Operations for above 5 years.
