An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Overall Management of day-to-day ground operations of last mile fiber network.
  • Cooperation with all related Cross teams (NOC, Sales, CS, Site Lease, Gov., and FTTxOps etc.)
  • Resource management such as car, labor, tools and material for ground operations
  • Monitoring and tracking daily ground teams’ performance
  • Urgent arrangement for serious complaints
  • Analyze customer complaints for better solution and technical plan
  • Duty roster, daily attendance and all HR related tasks for team members
  • Training program for improvement of ground team
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly report

Job Requirements

  • B.E (Electronics),(Electrical),(I.T),(Mechatronics).
  • Hands-on experience in Optical Fiber and Wi-Fi field.
  • 3 years’ experience in Management.
  • Strong knowledge in electronic communication and Networking
  • Team Player
  • Able to work under pressure and must have good attitude and service-oriented mindset.
