Manager, Learning and Development
Job briefWe are looking for a Manager, Learning and Development to design, develop and oversee all learning and development programs within our bank.To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience in working closely with the senior management team to understand the bank’s growth strategy and develop training accordingly. Responsibilities include identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses, developing group and individual learning courses and managing the training budget. Ultimately, you will help us develop our employees’ skills in order to achieve the bank’s strategic objectives, improve quality of work, productivity and retention of our staff.Responsibilities• Oversee learning activities, curriculum development and resources• Design, deliver and evaluate training programmes and learning experiences to enhance the organisations capability • Work with stakeholders to identify training needs for new skills• Plan training programs based on business goals• Use performance reviews and skills gap analyses to identify training needs per department, team and individual• Craft career growth plans• Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning• Evaluate the results of learning courses• Recommend new training methods (including e-learning courses and game-based platforms)• Assist and support the wider HR Team in supporting talent management sessions• Manage quarterly and annual training budgets

Job Requirements
Requirements• Your expertise and experience must include the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership training and associated learning experiences. The individual will need to have strong presentation/facilitation skills, as well as some experience of managing projects associated with learning interventions.• At least three years of work experience in Training and Development or similar role• Strong background/experience in Corporate Banking, SME Banking, Risk Management, Compliance• Subject matter expertise on Accounting and Finance• In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)• Experience organizing training activities in a corporate environment• Hands-on experience with project management and budgeting• The ability to work autonomously as well as working well within a team• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS)• Excellent communication and leadership skills• BSc/MSc in relevant field and relevant certifications
