- Translate documents from Burmese to English or vice versa; participate in meetings to act as interpreter and for notes taking

- Assist business units to formulate internal regulatory policies to ensure compliance with local laws
- Research, analyze and advise the management and business units on legal and regulatory issues
- Manage external legal counsels in handling transactions, claims or other legal matters
- Draft, review and advise on agreements, notices or other legal related matters
- Administer filings with DICA and renewal of local business licenses
- Handle other essential jobs related to legal and compliances.
