This role reports into the Head of Product & Service Development in Transaction Banking Value Centre. The Head of Payment & Transfer Product
Management will be responsible for managing the Payment & Transfer product life cycle across our broad portfolio of physical and digital products within
the Transaction Banking Value Centre. The role requires you to engage your Channel and Product Support counterparts to drive usage and provide
customer support for the products and services that you manage. A critical part of the job is also to bring innovation to banking for both retail and corporate
customers. You will be primarily accountable for the P&L of all products and services under your management. The scope of responsibilities includes
market analysis, new and existing product development, commercialization, financial management and overseeing product administration.
To excel in this role, you need to be digitally savvy, have experience in people management and product management. In addition, you need to have a
sound understanding of the bank’s technological capabilities, understand risk and employ risk management capabilities, know the business strategic
objectives, able to adopt customer journey methodology, end to end process management and drive changes to improve business processes and
capabilities, always leveraging on technology.

• Prepare and evaluate market analysis. This includes product strategy development and communication, industry trend tracking, market surveys, competitive intelligence gathering, regulatory intelligence gathering, collating client feedback and segmentation analysis.
• Product Development for both domestic and international capabilities.This includes roadmap development and development prioritization, creation of business cases and business requirements, overseeing project management, ensuring operational readiness, preparing for and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Commercialization includes subject matter expertise in support of sales, developing and conducting product training, developing and maintaining product documentation including legal documentation.
• Financial Management includes developing and maintaining business plans, managing the P&L of each product, forecasting and budgeting, deal pricing and pricing policy development, maintenance and communication, and pricing modelling.
• The role requires the incumbent to work with both the Channels and the Product Support teams to address usage and customer service support.
• Product Administration includes participation and leadership in internal partnership meetings and discussions, cooperating with, responding to and remediating findings related to audits, vendor management, compliance with regulatory and compliance issues and updates, and risk management.

• At least 5 years experience (Banking Experience or Background shall be an advantage).
• Candaidate must be Bachelor Degree.
