  • အိမ္/ျခံ/ေျမကြက္/ပိုင္ဆိုင္မႈ စသည့္ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ ဥပေဒေရးရာ ကိစၥရပ္မ်ား၊ စာခ်ဳပ္ခ်ဳပ္ဆိုင္ျခင္းဆိုင္ရာကိစၥရပ္မ်ား သိရွိနားလည္ထားရန္ႏွင့္ ေသခ်ာစြာ လိုက္နာေဆာင္ရြက္ႏို္င္ရန္။

  • စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမႈဆိုင္ရာ ဘြဲ႕တစ္ခု ရရွိထားရမည္။
  • သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အၾကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး (၅)ႏွစ္ႏွင့္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။
  • အစိုးရရံုးဌာနမ်ားႏွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
  • Construction လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ အေတြ႕အၾကံဳရွိရမည္။
  • Communications, Leadership, Delegation, Time Management, Negotiation, Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills မ်ား ေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
  • Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Email) တို႔ကို ေကာင္းစြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
  • Google Map Pro ႏွင့္ Photoshop ကို ေကာင္းမြန္ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
