Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by business group and organization.
Optimizing and Monitoring business IT processes for better efficiencies, security, and governance.
Develop key performance indicators and SLAs in lieu of requirement of stakeholders.
Planning and managing in-housed talented developers who are developing software solutions and web applications, supporting, and maintaining a company's websites and digital products.
Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements of across all business products which are not limiting to WTTX, FTTH, Mobile, IOT/ICT and so on.
Owning IT/Digitalization Road Map and ensure all manual processes are getting automated (RPA), integrated with relevant system.
Manage and support delivery of software and hardware operations and projects.
Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
Identify key skills and talent gaps in the organization and work to recruit, train, and retain talent
Identify and manage external vendors

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
8+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems.
Expert in MySQL, Shell Script, Java, various web development tools/frameworks which are not limiting to HTML, Java Script, PHP, Laravel and so on.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
Strong knowledge of project management principles
