Job Purpose:

To perform revenue planning, revenue forecasting, product/Service performance, and to provide analytical support (such as profitability, ROI analysis, Churn Management) and guidelines to other functions in Market, in order to enable pricing of individual products, services, and campaigns, in which is in alignment with business strategies and plans, to ensure appropriate development of competitive and profitable pricing strategy.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support the development of overall revenue planning and forecasting strategy, in order to understand action and activities plan, and as well as to ensure alignment and compliance with company overall direction, standards and governance.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams regarding pricing guidelines and frameworks, in order to effectively support analysis and operations of relevant functions on campaigns, and to ensure competitiveness through pricing.
  • Gather data and insights on market and customer profile (such as market condition, competition, organization positioning and customer behavior) in relation to pricing, in order to support analysis for revenue forecasting, reporting, churn management.
  • Conduct analysis to support development of revenue planning and forecasting strategy, including competitive analysis and price sensitivity analysis, in order to ensure that pricing responds to market changes and remains competitive.
  • Conduct financial forecasting, including performing financial modeling and ROIs for different pricing scenarios for each campaign, in order to support effective development of revenue planning and forecasting strategy, in which is in alignment with Business Group’s overall strategy.
  • Design, develop and periodically revise revenue plan, based on information, insights and analysis, to ensure accuracy, robustness and effectiveness of revenue plan and forecasting strategy.
  • Communicate revenue planning and forecasting strategies with relevant function parties, in order to support their business operations with pricing analysis and recommendations.
  • Monitor performance of revenue planning and forecasting strategy, in order to ensure effectiveness and to drive B2B sales
  • Perform other relevant activities regarding revenue planning and forecasting strategy, including generating documents and report to support decision-making, as well as submit pricing proposals for approval, in order to facilitate smooth business operation.
  • Perform activities to track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review the overall processes of revenue planning and forecasting strategy development, as well as the overall processes of guidelines coordination with relevant functions, in order to identify improvement opportunities, to ensure optimization of the operation.
  • Perform analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization.
  • Collect feedbacks from relevant parties and perform analysis to ensure business and other requirements are met.
  • Guide and assist, if needed, junior members in performing their tasks to ensure consistent understanding and ability to perform tasks
  • Identify and respond appropriately to patterned issues regarding corporate communication in order to ensure that current issues are efficiently dealt with to support operational excellence.
  • Report all issues/variances with planned work to ensure any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Contribute, if needed, to the implementation of small, low complexity strategic project, regarding supply chain management, which is simple and specific in nature, under guidance, in order to support senior members in reporting of performance.
  • Learn to use professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve patterned problems.
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.
  • Analyze the Data & float daily tracker for team to know current achievement level
  • Review and track ROI for various activities anchored
  • Calculate overall trade incentives and commission structure and ensuring trade settlement
  • Responsible for ensuring sharing the incentive calculation report and timely and effective commission to team

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience developing, leading, or executing commercial partnerships.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating or managing complex strategic
  • Strong data interpretation, quantitative & analytical skills, good communication & presentation skills along with good hold on analytical tools/software.
  • Strong team player with High level of personal moral and integrity
  • Process oriented approach towards problem solving
  • Must be a self-going and independent person with initiative, energy and flexibility
  • Exceptional business judgement using strong strategic thinking, customer centricity and appreciation for execution / operational excellence.
  • Prior experience in telco in relevant area.
