Key Purpose

• This role aims to ensure KYC & CDD Operations in the Operations Department of the Company.
• The role holder requires to perform KYC/CDD verification of the customers on daily basis, manage junior staffs and ensure the quality of customer onboarding by ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC) verification & Customer Due Diligence (CDD) as per the regulatory requirement to support the company’s overall strategies and initiatives in delivering Digital Financial Services.

• Ensure regular update/ verification/ action for all on-board customers without compromise on KYC/ CDD requirements.
• Work closely with related stakeholders (internal & external) to develop an automated process to ensure quality KYC & Customer Due Diligence (CDD) verification.
• Lead & manage a team of junior resources within the department.

Job Description

• Work closely with related stakeholders (internal & external) to develop an automated process to ensure KYC/CDD as required for Digital Finance Service. 
• Implementation process for KYC Verification in system. 
• Ensure all the SOPs/ relevant policies are prepared, implemented & adhered within the organization 
• Monitor and act proactively on for KYC verification issue and find the relevant solution 
• Implementation of EKYC Portal process developed by a yellow stone outsource team 
• Acquisition monitoring (Customer/ Agent/Merchants) for suspicious account creation and inform to risk ops 
• Back-end account creation for merchant/biller as need from partnership team 
• Align with risk ops to ensure the access profile menu to be configured for merchant/billers  
• Ensure proactive SLA with internal & external stakeholders. 
• Delivering day to day function requirement, resolve errors, queries as required. 
• Engage with internal as well as external stakeholders to resolve errors, process automation etc. 
• Ensure data security, IS security and User security within the department. 
• Back-end support for a service request ticket raised from customer care team related to KYC and acquisition 
• Involve in the integration of near me e-payment and support configuration as needed 
• Involve in production deployment and test the enhancement fields accordingly 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT or  related field preferable 

• Minimum 5-7 years of strong working experience, preferably in Digital Banking/ Back Office Operations/ Product Support/ Bank or Financial Institutions/ Mobile Financial Services with very good knowledge in Technical Operations/ Customer Dispute Management/ System Support/ Product Configuration etc.

• Excellent English communication skills. Both verbal and written. 

• Strong interpersonal relationship. 

• Good Team Player with positive attitude
