Job Purpose

The role holder will responsible for managing end to end recruitment cycle. The role holder also involve in related recruiting events and activities. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to attract best talent in the market and manage effectively candidate experiences.

Job Description

  • Managing the entire recruiting function effectively running the recruiting process end to end.
  • Create and modify talent acquisition processes and policy framework and oversee their implementation.
  • Responsible in preparing materials and posting jobs ads to appropriate job board/newspapers or colleges
  • Responsible to keep monitoring key performance indicator and create plan for improving the same.
  • Supervise and execute campus hiring processes for post graduated, graduated and interns.
  • Should able to drive effective usage of conventional or non-conventional resourcing tools for effective cost per hires.
  • Help to create the recruiting environment to provide good candidate experience in recruiting process.
  • Supervise team of recruiters and help them to drive the desire results

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as Manager Talent Acquisition.
  • Candidate working in similar are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred from related Human Resources Management)
  • Minimum 10 - 13 years experiences in recruiting.
  • Good communication skill both verbal and written
  • Be able to communicate in fluently in English
  • Good attitude and be able to work under pressure
