You are required to provide underwriting support for all product lines in New Business Underwriting
-Be responsible for underwriting support to run operations smoothly & effectively
-Lead and coordinate end-to-end underwriting process
-Underwrite new applications for life & health proposals
-Countersign and provide guidance to underwriters
-Review underwriting guidelines, streamline work processes to support business operations, maintain underwriting manual
-Understand the business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
-Keep updated on industry trends on regulatory compliance and underwriting
-Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices

Job Requirements
-Degree with at least 3 years' experience in underwriting life and health risks
-Non-degree holders who have relevant experience or certification in underwritng may be considered
-Good team player with strong analytical skills & ability to work underpressure
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Literacy in both English and Burmese (Both oral & written)
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
