Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for supporting Wallet and Card Services Helpdesk operations, including support of Call Centre escalations for account holder support, settlement issues and forwarding of issues to in-house and vendor technical teams
  • Involved in testing new products and changes for Wallet and Card Services, including Pre-Paid and Debit using MPU, JCB, Visa and Mastercard schemes
  • Support deployment of new features, including testing of live services
  • Troubleshoot incidents and document resolution notes with root cause analysis
  • Communicate to both technical and non-technical team, resolution and root cause resulting from the outage or service interruption
  • Support of the Daily CMS EOD process,  with maker & checker process for all transactions in wallet and card systems
  • Report immediately of any case urgent needed to be fix due to T24 team or customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years in relevant working experience.
  • Have good team player skills and also individually work done.
  • Ability to learn and work on changing new technologies
  • Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/engineering, or other information technology, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Knowledge of Digital Payment, eWallet, Card Products and Payment Service Behavior is an advantage.
  • Proactive, Responsive, willingness to work overtime including weekends
  • Honestly, Efficiency, Achieve, Teamwork
  • Conduct knowledge transfer, mentoring and identify the successor
