Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:-

 1.    Must be able to do Drawings, Estimate and Tender Document.
2.    Prepare contract for sub-contractors , clients 
3.    Attend meeting with consultants/main con /client .
4.    Must be able to well handle contractor
5.    Must be able to inspect all sites of the company project
6.    Prepare Daily report, weekly report, monthly report and report to CEO.
7.    Submission of monthly progress claims and site valuations.
8.    Liaise with subcontractors and clients, suppliers.
9.    Supervise the maintaining of building M&E service.

10. All supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme   Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

11.∙ Supervise and Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines

12. Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction,Supervise day-to-day site works   

13.  Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progres

14  Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

∙15.     Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget

Job Requirements:-

1. Degree holder of  BE (Electrical Power)/B Tech(Electrical Power)/ AGTI (EP)or Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Building Services.
2. Age 27~ 37 years old.
3. Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice
4. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
5. Willing to learn and work under pressure
6. Team player with good working attitude
7. Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
