Providing and preparing Method of Statement and Risk Assessments.
To provide leadership and coordination of mechanical & electrical construction management staff allocated to a project and manage the performance of the team.
Preparing the drawings for submission to clients.
Manage all aspects of work and site control for the construction phase of a project.
Participating architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings.
Liaising with client and site engineers for client technical specification requirement.
Managing all onsite interfaces and de-conflict tasks and alleviate risks.
Preparing monthly progress claims and reports to client and managers.
Handling tasks in modelling and rendering the design by Auto CAD and Sketch up.
Making sometimes check and guide the progress of design condition in Site Project.
Preparing and developing layouts, elevations for M&E sections in construction drawings.
Making coordination with work contractors, and other project engineer in site work design.
Experiencing in using advanced software like CAD or Auto CAD in preparing M&E drawings.
Undertaking accurate reporting of all mechanical & electrical activities and issues which affect the progress and quality.
Maintaining appropriate records of all work activities

Job Requirements

More than (8) years’ experience in M&E Construction field.
Must have managerial experience in construction of M&E section.
Prefer who have Bachelor degree in M&E and have M&E experience.
Must be age over 40 years old.
Proficiency in using Auto CAD.
Have experience in providing Conceptual, Schematic and Detail Drawings.
Must have English communicative skill (Intermediate) and good Computer Skill.
Must have experience in Design work, Conceptual design work, schematic design work and detail design work.
Can work well under work pressure.
Can Do the overtime depends on the work load.
Can work at PJ in Ywarthagyi site area.

The salary will be depended on the applicant's job knowledge and experience.
