Must be check and do ; Daily job complains , Electrical Wiring system , Water plumbing , generators , pumps, motors, Buggy car’s condition- such as; battery, brake , acid, tyre and electric meter and water meter , condition of lobby and dining air con.
Must be check and do; Daily job complains ,take care of audio system ass:, air con servicing for guest room , take care of buggy car condition, data record for generator running hour and meter unit.
Must be check and do ; Daily job complains, take care of generator running , painting sometime carpenter job, electrical job, water plumbing job.
Must be check and do ; Daily job complains , take care of water level condition, take care of generator running , record meter unit and YCDC Meter unit .
Assists in providing technical support and setup of AV equipment's ballroom.
Assists in guiding the users to help setup AV systems.
Assists in documenting all technical issues within the incident management system.
Ensures that the maintenance of all electronics-related equipment and its associated auxiliaries are carried out in accordance with the Standard Engineering practice.
Ballroom audio –video equipment maintenance and service and to be ready to use all times.
Hotel Guest Rooms TV channels and transmission systems is up-to-date and in operation all the time.
Arranged the systems well in advance before the functions and collect and placed them back in the stores in good working conditions.
Ensures that the work specified on the work order within his trade is carried out quickly, accurately, skillfully, economically, efficiently and completely.
Ensures that electrical rooms, electrical panels audio – video control rooms are kept clean and orderly.
Assists in all IT related issues as and when required.
Performs repairs for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in the hotel facilities.
Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
Communicate with guests or staff to resolve any HV, AC maintenance issues.
Makes periodic rounds to all area to support equipment and maintains operating log of conditions observed.
Responsible for maintaining records of work done.
Update the work order log book.
Knowledgeable in methods to do advance troubleshooting of refrigerant system, control system and skilled in reclaiming refrigerant, insuring proper regulatory paperwork on same.
Knowledgeable in sheet metal, AC dust fabrication and assembly.
Coordinates with service representative and others as necessary to accomplish installations or repairs.
May instruct personnel in proper use and operation of heating/ air-conditioning equipment, etc.
Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment when required.
When required perform basic repairs and troubleshooting like plumbing, electrical components, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and bulbs, and other guest room items.
Plans, recommends, and carries out an approved program on scheduled maintenance.
Communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the other shifts using approved hotels communication programs and standards.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
