Job Description

Prepare and maintain production reports.
Responsible for area and equipment qualification of production.
To impart training to subordinates with respect to SOP/BMR/BPR.
Responsible of Production ( Manufacturing and packaging ) activity.
Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
Execute and supervise all tasks and activities as per the applicable SOPs
Implement and Control of production schedule with production planning.
Report any Quality concerns or suggestion for improvement to Plant Head.
Complete self-training and monitor training of team member on the relevant SOPs.
Identifying training needs and ensuring proper training is provided to the staff and workmen.
To Prepare and review of SOP, BMR, BPR, Protocols & Reports of Qualifications and Validations.
To ensure compliance on shop floor with respect to USFDA, cGMP and other regulatory guideline.
Coordination with Engineering department with respect to preventive and breakdown maintenance.
To coordinate Procurement of New change parts/Tooling as per production department requirement.
Supervise compliance to all cGMP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S Requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership skills
Proficient in organizing skills
Previous supervisory experience
Proficient in problem solving skills
Proficient in effective communication skills
Strong knowledge of production planning process
Understanding of machine controls and instrumentation
Ability to communicate in English with strong confidence.
A Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or Business Administration
Ability to execute tactical plans and maintain established timelines and budgets
Minimum (5) years manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environment
Thorough understanding of cGMP regulations and requirements and ability to translate to operational details and communicate to work staff
