Marketing & Admissions (Public Relation Staff) - Mandalay

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. 
  • Development the Digital Marketing & Social Media (Website, Facebook & YouTube)
  • Answer enquires via telephone and email.
  • Assist in organizing any events staged by the school.
  • Provide school info  to parents via telephone.
  • Order promotional items and manage distribution.
  • Liaise with parents, report parents' complaints & problems and propose solutions to administration & management.
  • Arrange  placement tests and filling of enrolment forms for new admissions.
  • Buying some items need in the events.
  • Coordinates and administers student support to enrolled and prospective students for admission.
  • Take registration duty on spelling Bee, Math mania, food and culture festival.
  • Keep phone call records exactly and timely report to relevant department.
  • Answering the phone calls professionally and handle customer complaints.
  • Analyses customer interests, problems/ complaint resolution.
  • Collect customer feedback and report to the responsible team.
  • Order promotional items and manage distribution

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree holder.
  • Prefer to have relevant education certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the related filed.
  • Office management experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent communication skill in English
  • Able to work under pressure, have good time management, maintain deadline and work independently
