The Marketing and Communication Manager for RTH Group, one of Myanmar’s leading F&B groups, is expected to be enthusiastic about food, social media, communications and building a food based community. They would also be in charge of up to five outlets.Day to day responsibilities include:- Creating thought provoking social media campaigns- Create offline in-store drives aimed at brand-building- Work with third party operators to increase revenues- Analyse and report sales data to understand key metrics of each outlet- Create and manage in-store and off-site events- Manage the marketing team and cultivate a positive environment
