Initiates or liaises with the managers of other departments to cooperate on company matters
Identifies the company’s values and propagates them among the staff.
Initiates and hosts occasional internal training and capacity development programs in collaboration with Human Resource Department
Handles/ manages/ oversees company brands’ social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Messenger, websites, Viber and so on and content management
Collaborates with merchant platforms to promote the HIQ’s brands
Produces articles, commentaries, communication contents outside of sales contents
Conduct market research
Assist in preparing business plans, marketing decks, and investor presentations
Determine supply chain, logistical and marketing issues
Assist in determining product pricing and revenue models
Brainstorm and develop ideas and strategies for assigned companies
Organizing data and information in an effective way
Lead and organize new businesses branding and market positioning processes
