Together with the COO, establishing a marketing and communication plan
Maintaining business relationships with our merchant partners
Regularly developing communication materials
Monitoring and managing the marketing needs of our branches
Performing market research and client satisfaction surveys, and analyzing the data
Contribution to the definition of new products
Staff training on Marketing, Sales and Customer satisfaction
Organizing promotional and CSR events, and communicating about them
Maintaining and updating the company’s website and social media pages
Answering queries of our clients on social media

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing
Good command of Microsoft Office
Strong photoshop skills: at the very least ability to update our existing market materials
Accurate, detail oriented hands-on person
Stress resistant, results oriented and able to respect deadlines
Good people skills
Excellent communication and writing skills in Burmese
Able to communicate in English
2-3 years experience in a marketing position
Graphic design skills and ability to use graphic design software are a big plus
