Job Description

Job Area
You will be responsible to plan and oversee the retail marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management. You work closely with Data Analysts & Head of Operations & System.

Job Responsibilities

-To collate total company sales data for City Rewards & City Gift (for the purpose of measuring sales penetration) by channel (all channels) and by branch (all branches) and work with Data Analysts to produce & update the weekly update for HOD meeting, monthly dashboard and management reports for Steering Committee
-To do update for HOD meeting weekly, monthly dashboard and management reports for Steering Committee
-To collate ad hoc company sales data for ad hoc reports as & when the business needs arise and collating company sales
-To assist Head of System & Operations to collate points earn & points burn data for reporting
-To do consistently QA data, align with Audit Team, points compensation, points earn & points burn data for reporting
-High transaction members & fraud mitigation
-To manage the points compensation for City Rewards’ points, the operations & customer service function of the City Rewards programme
-To do Admin work load and operation of B2B sales and to support City Gift and B2B sales, City Gift Sales achieved and cash upload target achieved
-To track & report City Gift card sales & cash-top-up-and-usage to HOE weekly, monthly and on ad hoc basis when the business needs arise
-To track & manage City Gift card stocks balance in-store & in H.O to ensure optimum balance is available to meet sales target at all times
-To organize & conduct trainings for all City Rewards’ new recruits, other CMHL’s staffs based on requests from CXM & CX GM, manage all questions & clarifications from customer service or other staffs within CMHL pertaining to CR benefits, terms & conditions, SOP and processes
-To manage other department communication, contact person for departmental meetings, emails and contact point for CR enquiries by Customer Service
-To records of communication within and external of City Rewards and intra & inter departmental communication & records of communication

Job Requirements

Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree from a recognized university
-Have experience in E-commerce marketing field
-English and Myanmar Fluent, both in speaking and writing.
-Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
-Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
-Thorough understanding of social media.
-Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
-Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication, prioritizing and must be able to handle multiple, action-oriented, persistent and result oriented.
-Solid analytical skills and planning/organizing skills.
-Positive attitude towards Retail Business.
