✔️To provide professional and quality education consulting and career counseling services to clients via face-to-face, phone, Zoom and email
✔️To provide consultation and up-to date information to applicants about programs, eligibility of overseas study, admissions requirements of our institution partners, living expenses, accommodation rental, etc
✔️ To support and participate in company's events such as education exhibitions, school visits, seminars, etc
✔️Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
✔️Supporting marketing manager in organizing various projects
✔️Conducting market research and analyzing consułmer rating reports/ questionnaires
✔️Daily check your own media channel and message platform for customer messages, comments and other things. Weekly update our practice sessions and other information.
✔️Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
✔️To create design and content for Facebook Post both ELT and Study Abroad daily. (At Least three designs and content for a day...)
✔️Write marketing literature (Newsletter, brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market.
✔️Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting.
