The Marketing Business Analyst will be responsible to build the merchandising data intelligence unit of the e-commerce business, track performance across the marketing funnel, and use digital tools to optimize marketing spend and drive customer acquisition.

  • Analyze and report on marketing funnel performance – reach, impressions, visits, conversions
  • Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Use the latest digital marketing tools to measure and improve performance
  • Run analysis to inform budget distribution and performance of paid campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in business or financial analysis roles
  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • Proficiency in business analysis
  • Comfortable with numerical and financial analysis
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
