Job Description

In charge of making sure each marketing function meets the needs of relevant stakeholders in a timely manner including handling requests with a timeline, finding solutions to the issues and maintaining a positive relationship between all parties.

Client Relationship Management  

  • Serve as lead point of contact for all relevant client’s matters handling inquiries and requests from each and address their needs and working timeline 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with all relevant client stakeholders, and support group marketing functional team 

  • Arrange meetings as required between the business unit’s stakeholders and group marketing team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve the business unit’s functions  

  • Ensure timely and successful deliverables according to stakeholders’ needs and brand objectives 

  • Consistently report Marketing Performance and initiatives progress to the client stakeholders 

  • Monitor the Marketing budget with the support of the Finance Business Partner and update the client and the Marketing shared services leadership 

Support the client’s Marketing and Branding strategy  

  • Support Marketing shared services with the knowledge and well-understanding of the client’s market nature, brand positioning and target audiences’ needs and wants 

  • Share the updated Market and Business information to relevant Marketing team including key differentiators, brand positioning and unit selling points of expanded business functions 

  • Support Marketing shared services leadership in the development of the Marketing Strategy for the client 

  • Ensure alignment between the client and the Marketing shared services on the Marketing Strategy and initiatives  

  • Follow and maintain brand guidelines in co-operating with cross- functional departments and third-party organizations 

Marketing Delivery Support   

  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop the branded  

  • Assist marketing calendar and core campaign themes across the different marketing channels (Sources) including digital, offline and direct marketing channels 

  • Support in monitoring campaigns’ performance and assist the Marketing shared services team in making the required adjustments in order to achieve the expected level of performance for the client  

  • Support other Marketing key initiatives identified and prioritized both by the client and the Marketing shared services leadership

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing

  • 4 years of experience in clients/account management in marketing industry or agency background

  • Great communicator and good interpersonal skills 

  • Background Knowledge of Marketing, Branding and Communication Good working attitude and willing to learn  

  • Excellent in English/Myanmar Writing and Speaking Skill 

  • Ability to manage individually, support on teamwork and deliver project on time 

  • Ability to work under pressure and on a tight schedule

In 2017, MSH signed a joint venture agreement with Auston Institute of Management, a leading private engineering institution in Singapore, to bring the brand to Myanmar. Auston College in Myanmar was soon launched, with foundation and diploma programs offered at a new state-of-the-art campus. Since then, the school has grown; in 2020, it partnered with UK’s Liverpool John Moores University to add internationally recognised degrees to its offerings.

In 2018, MSH identified an opportunity to open a top-tier international K-12 school in Yangon at a moderate price. After over a year of careful planning and fitting out of a world class new four-story campus, Yangon American International School welcomed its first students in August 2019. The school continues to grow and will be the first to offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program when it is certified in 2021.

In 2018, MSH entered into the security risk management market by acquiring Exera, a leading security company in Myanmar, with over 1,200 professionals serving 50 companies. Exera provides risk management, consultancy, integrated security, security logistics, facilities management, and cash solution services.

As of 2020, the hospitality division operates nearly 500 beds across four locations under the boutique brand ‘Ostello Bello’. The group is continually sourcing for more locations to add to its portfolio.
