Job Description

  1. Oversee and collaborate the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute promotional activities and online and offline campaigns and school events.
  3. Develop engaging promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and other marketing collateral etc.
  4. Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and stay ahead.
  5. Manage website content and social media accounts, scheduling contents, ensuring regular updates and optimization to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding and contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, and events etc.
  7. Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  8. Research vendors and make selections based on their creativity, quality and cost.
  9. Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to mid management team and head quarter team

Job Requirements

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or a related field of diploma.
  2. 2+ years of experience in digital and offline marketing roles.
  3. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  4. Excellent analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  5. Strong English written and verbal communication skills (The candidate must develop monthly Newsletter through English language and bilingual on social media.)
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and social media platforms.
  7. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques.
  8. Preferable with event planning experience.
