Ø  Supporting the in-house marketing and other teams by coordinating and collating content.

Ø  Providing support for marketing sales promotion as required.

Ø  Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials with the Admin Department.

Ø  Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and database.

Ø  Handling update to date the rental of advertising space and counter.

Ø  Operation work of the marketing department's documentation.

Ø  Reporting Monthly LED Playing List

Ø  Handle Update of the whole country CHO Billboard List Monthly. I’d do the all of the requisition for them, if they have to need to change.

Ø  Taking Database, Sending with SMS (Daily) to the CHO Member and Planning Member Budget Plan.

Ø  Especially Media Buying, discuss with each of Brand Manager and planning Monthly Media Budget Plan.

Ø  Other Assigned Duty by Marketing Manager.

Ø  Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels.

Ø  Taking record our advertisement from Cinema, Printing Media and also social media, Report this to each of the brand managers.

Ø  Processing advertise payment with the Account Department.

Ø  Making Media Coverage for the whole Event

ØSending mail to media the monthly media plan of artwork design for Print out and pre-roll video for digital from brands respectively target and plan.

Ø  Any Graduate.

Ø  Good analytical skill, and able to respond to results.

Ø  Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision.

Ø  Knowledge of Marketing and Business Management.

Ø  An organized and a thorough approach to work.

Ø  Ability to perform the tasks effectively.
