Job Description

  1. Translate organization business plan into operational plan
  2. To be smooth operation by managing related resources
  3. Making improvement to achieve organization target as planned by coaching department leaders
  4. Mentoring, Coaching & Monitoring to each employees and their related job task according standard structure
  5. Improve standard to a higher level and maximize organization performance
  6. Strategic planning by defining departmental objectives/ setting up individual KPI/ reviewing & analysis job task achievements/ complaints handling & decision making to related issues
  7. Preparing & controlling the organization budget & expense
  8. Finding Sponsor to expand marketing budget/ Monitoring to develop income by systematic finding of Advertising Channel & Promotion Area.
  9. Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications by attending media conference, opening ceremony & event occasion.
  10. Communication & negotiation with customer & media channels to build more network
  11. Make sure (Go & see) for brand awareness development & continuous review for strength & weakness of competitor base on market condition
  12. Good relationship & providing smooth operation to all internal & external customers
  13. Recommend or decide of promotions/demotions/employees transferring of organization
  14. Data analyzing/ summarizing & reporting to related management base on each sector of marketing report.
  15. In order to protect the value of the organization, confidential information must be maintained. To achieve the needs of the organization and its objectives.

Job Requirements

- Business Management Degree (MBA preferred)

- Ability to communicate fluently in English & Burmese.

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal Staff tenants, shoppers and suppliers.

- Ability to use Micro soft Office(Word, Excel, Page maker, Power point) and Internet & Email, tenants management soft ware.

- At least 5 years experience in marketing in retail industry.

- At least 5 years experience in management.

- Ability to plan own and staff workloads efficiently.

- Knowledge of shopping centre business, shopping centre process, company’s business model and main competitors.

- Knowledge of event management practices.

- Ability to speck public and media.

- Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.

- Extrovert personality and good looking preferred.
