Job Description

To improve printing media & advertising systematically and cost effectively

• Handling request, order, production, printing, stock and cost.
• Deliver POSM to all branches and SBUs without damaging.
• Updating order items, GR, PO, Good Issue and transfer in SAP.
• Checking balance & order from branches, updating inventory transfer request.
• Issuing goods issue for request from sections.
• Creating product item code for promotion items in SAP.
• Communicate with branches to update promotion items GR/PO in branch SAP.
• Inquiry, RFQ collection, cost comparison preparation, order confirmation, receiving goods and payment settling.
• Checking ground stock weekly.
• Checking stock items to avoid damaging & lost.
• Record goods issue & receive from branches, SBU and section.
• To engage with customers through Hot line phone such as customer inquiry answering, coordination with respective teams.
• Facebook inquiry handling.
• To support to management when they are assigned.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor Degree.
Diploma (or) Certificate in Advertising Course.
Age must be between (22) to (30) Years.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the related area.
Good Microsoft Office skills (Words, Excel and Power Point).
Must have strong background of printing media.
Must have excellent SAP software skill.
Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
Ability to work under pressure.
