Marketing Business Model:

La Pyi Wun company handles the management services of an office building in terms of customer care, maintenance, finances, sales/marketing & human resources. We have to work effectively and professionally to maintain our building in its best standards in order to attract customers to lease our offices. We also have to look after our current office tenants and ensure their good satisfaction so they keep on remaining at our office building.

Marketing:
(Executive Leasing Officer) –Job Title

Job Description:

• Keep track of new office leasing information daily with google docs and report back to the GM.
• Build a good relationship with new office tenants and current office tenants.
• Engage leasing agents and establish a good relationship to receive more customers.
• Cooperate with administrative manager to become effective and successful in leasing office rooms.
• Monitor monthly customer surveys to keep track of current office tenant’s satisfaction.
• Receive phone calls/emails & direct back to designated staff members effectively.
• Keep track of cleanliness of every floor to maintain a good impression of the building.
• Study and collect market data on subjects related to leasing work matters.
• Handle customer complaints immediately with professional & effective manner.
• Supervise & Manage the required office handover operations with effective time schedule.
• Arrange a marketing and customer service performance meeting with the GM or MD & BOD every week.

Our company handles the management services of an office building and a hotel in terms of customer care, maintenance, finances, sales/marketing & human resources. Our company is also constructing & developing a high rise 23 storys apartment building in which we handles the complete project management of the whole construction operation.
