POSITION SUMMARY

S/he will be responsible for daily marketing activities by managing awareness programs to enhance the image and branding of Myanmar Credit Bureau (MMCB). Persons involved in marketing must have skills in strategic marketing development and communication. 

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES 

Strategic Planning and Development 
•    Develop marketing and communication strategies to promote MMCB to the public
•    Assist in developing go to market strategy for new product launch

Awareness Raising Program 
•    Work with related stakeholders to initiate awareness raising activities to promote MMCB to the public
•    Organise awareness raising activities in term of logistic and communication with key stakeholders
•    Be the contact point for coordinating with other stakeholders in related to marketing activities
•    Draft educational articles to be posted on MMCB’s website and social media
•    Conduct Educational talks to the Public

Marketing Materials Development 
•    Manage in drafting and developing company profile, leaflet, brochure, calendar, booklet and other promotional materials and collaterals
•    Develop marketing materials in line with MMCB cooperate branding
•    Develop MMCB promotional videos and make it available for promoting

Website Development and Maintenance 
•    Develop, enhance/ update MMCB’s website to make it more attractive and comprehensive for the public
•    Provide input in developing website content and information
•    Draft advertising article and send to management team for approval prior to posting on website
•    Regularly monitor MMCB’s webpage.

Media Management 
•    Develop media strategies in promoting MMCB to the public
•    Initiate in raising awareness of MMCB through social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
•    Coordinate with other media agencies such as TV, Radio and Newspaper for advertising purpose
•    Monitor media coverage of MMCB and collecting all media coverage (print, TV, social media etc) on MMCB 

Communication 
•    Work closely with other related departments in developing report
•    Ensure good communication with other people both internally and externally

Other Duties 
•    Assist MMCB’s Management with other tasks as required
•    Other duties as assigned by supervisor or line manager

•    Degree in Business, Marketing, Media and communication or related degree 
•    Good knowledge in digital marketing
•    Good oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;
•    Possess good interpersonal, organizational, coordination and communication skills.
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
