The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with business strategy in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones by communicating strategically and managing events, advertising and PR. Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and communication with various organic and paid acquisition channels.

Job Responsibilities
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social channels, Point of Sale Materials, and brand collaterals that attracts and converts our target demographics
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds strategically
- Prepare and produce marketing materials, from website banners to product brochures
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze consumer behavior and plan email and advertising campaigns accordingly
- Monthly review of the marketing plan and execution
- Prepare the following month's plan and communicating with the team on the bank's strategy and focus products
- Report monthly accomplishments and statistics and follow up on WIPs
- Budget Planning for upcoming month along with the strategic marketing plan

- Bachelor Degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, communication
- At least 5 years of working experience as Marketing Manager or Assistant Marketing Manager roles with in event & sponsorship management and Digital Marketing and Copy writing
- Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English language (especially in writing)
