Job Description

  • Lead, motivate, and develop skills & competencies of the Consumer Activation Team for the team to grow and to achieve their brand & personal development objectives.  
  • Lead the planning & execution of consumer activations (e.g. consumer promotions, merchandising, visibility, events) of all Whisky brands in GRGI portfolio to drive GRGI Strategy Plan. 
  • Work closely with Grand Royal Whisky Brand Development Team & Commercial Team to develop annual brand activation plan
  • Pioneer in developing & executing consumer data-driven activities derived from insights provided by Consumer Intelligence Team. 
  • Understand & effectively use GRGI Consumer Segmentation & Customer Segmentation for consumer activation planning
  • Apply consumer data & insights to create data-driven activities
  • Effectively manage & control Consumer Activation budget
  • Provide inspiring activation brief to agency
  • Provide timely activation evaluation & key learnings
  • Following the UTC SOP to develop & improve annual UTC Plan & executions
  • Adopt & utilize brand communication campaigns and/or sponsorships to create brand experience activations
  • Adopt brand corporate identity to create brand merchandising & visibilities
  • Provide & update monthly activation dashboard
  • Participate in Quarterly Commercial Meeting
  • Ensure all business activities comply with legal demands, ethical standards, and Company Code of Conduct

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experiences in marketing and/or trade marketing of FMCG or wines & spirits industries
  • Balance of creativity & analytical skills
  • Excellent in communication, influencing, interpersonal & social skills
  • Strong team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience with at least 5 years in managerial position
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree is highly desirable
  • Fluent in both Burmese & English
  • Must be computer literate & be familiar with email, MS Office
