Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure the operation of the Marketing Team adhere to the work process by managing day to day tasks and providing the supports needed to Sales and Operations Department.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

List of the primary job duties and accountabilities:

 

Marketing Team

  • To lead, plan, implement, monitor, evaluate the team as per team objectives.
  • To increase productivity of marketing team and in alignment with KPI objectives.
  • To implement zero tolerance on non-performance.
  • To enforce adherence for all marketing staff.
  • To assist in continuous development of staff.
  • To analyze, identify, optimize towards optimal business efficiency.
  • To indicate individual key performance on quarterly basic.
  • To get good relations with all OEM stakeholders, internal companies, customers and government ministries.
  • To growth, promote and support VSK products.
  • To support pamphlet, PP board, billboard for brand awareness.
  • Review the market situation after marketing joint vist with brand owners then support necessary requirement.
  •  

Advertising

  • Preparing plan for events,printing media, radio, TVC, online advertising (FB,Telegram,Youtube ,Viber and other online platforms)

 

 

Outsourcing

  • To lead in coordinating with third party agencies for digital collaterals creations.
  • To oversee the payments for the service fees.

 

POSM

  • Monitoring POSM budget, request, order, production, printing, stock and expenses.

 

Marketing Budget

  • Towards a positive cash flow.
  • To ensure actual cost in effective way.

 

Management Representative

  • To act when assigned by senior management.

 

Other ad-hoc projects

  • To support to management when they are assigned.

  • Certificate in Business Management
  • Certificate in Marketing
  • Certificate in Digital Marketing
  • Leadership & Communication Skills
  • Must have at last 4 years experience at the Electronic Product Background
  • Strong communication and presentation skill with English 4 skills
  • Age must be 25 ~ 35
