  • Able to develop and evaluate marketing strategies; promotional ideas and materials 
  • Able to implement new sales plans and advertising; suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
  • Regularly analyse data and sales reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis to management; analyse numerical abilities in order to work out percentages, totals, and projections
  • Recruiting, Training, scheduling, coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
  • the ability to guide, direct, and coach respective employees. 
  • Able to manage, develop and serve existing customers; find ways to establish new customers by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
  • Maintain expenditure within budget
  • Any other duty assign by Management team

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or higher degree
  • 5 years’ experience in sales and Marketing Field
  • Experience in management may be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, organization, and creative thinking skills
  • Have strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills especially in Myanmar 
  • Must have skill in MS office (word, Excel, Power Point), Internet & Email.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
