Job Description

•    Being able to define accurately the target audience based on a precise market research and develop specific products for them.

•    Know the market competitors, trends and environment that may affect business, its opportunities and threats.

•    Create and implement the Marketing Plan of Beeshop taking into deep consideration all the necessary elements for an e-commerce.

•    Coordinate, supervise, analyze and evaluate, using proper tools, the results and implementation of the different actions both in the offline and online environments (events, communication, digital marketing strategy, brand identity, promotional campaigns, SEO, email marketing, etc.). •    Prepare and manage the Marketing budget under standards of efficiency and optimization of resources.

•    Develop and implement the daily, weekly and monthly promotion campaigns.

•    Develop and implement the branding strategy: brand, positioning and values, image and identity.

•    Lead the marketing team and collaborate closely with other departments such as the sales team in order to provide tools, materials, arguments, organization of events, etc. that allow achieving the imposed objectives and optimizing the customer experience.

•    Have an important understanding and tracking of the relevant KPI such as revenue to evaluate impact of marketing efforts, click rates, new customers, repeating customers, customer acquisition cost, lead cost, reach, conversion rates, leads, blog visits etc.

Job Requirements

  • Good ( Planning , Follow up , Negotiation Skill , Continuous improvement , Customer Focus , Conflict Resolution , Delegation ,Coaching ,Problem  Solving , Teamwork , Decision Making , Building Confidence ,Coordination , Conceptual thinking  ).
  • Fluent in Burmese and English.
  • Experience in Marketing minimum 5 years, also experience in Digital Marketing and preferably in E-commerce..
  • Good in MS (word, excel, power point)
