About the Job: The primary responsibility of this position is to lead the Marketing team in increasing brand awareness and meeting organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you must concentrate on the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring your team. Your proven record of strategically planning and executing work plans with documented results is highly desirable.

Duties/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Design, implement and control marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share based on the reliable market analysis.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to Director of Marketing and other SMTs by analyzing insights and assessing the results.
• Continuously monitor and analyze customer behavior and market trends and propose new product and innovative marketing techniques to generate anticipation.
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key accounts including corporate buyers and wholesalers for the retail and condoms business.
• Improve the brand position in the market by developing the brand management strategies.
• Manage modern trade and chain pharmacies channels for condoms and retail business.
• Manage the visibility of DKT brands in the market through various channels such as GT, MT, Hotels, and the medical channel.
• Manage the assigned budget effectively in alignment with the organization’s business goals. 
• Lead the team, inspire them, and help them collaborate and work together effectively. 
• Ensure the quality of detailing, delivery of the product and customer relationship by coordinating with and supporting field detailing and delivery team.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly progress reports and share it with the Senior Management Team timely.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• University Degree in any discipline. (Professional Diploma/ Master or Bachelor in Marketing, Business Management or any other related field.)
• Minimum 5 years's of experience as the equivalent role in FMCG, alcohol, tobacco and beverages industries.
• Experience in retail sales management is very preferrable. 
• Experience with strategic planning and execution with documented business results.
• Expeience in trade marketing, business development, key account management and channel management.
• Have a strong commercial focus and an ability to successfully align with cross functional teams.
• Sense of ownership and its impact on organization's success.
• Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
• High level of efficiency, accountability, analytical skill and the detail attention is needed.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office frequently (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
• Positive attitude towards sexual health, contraceptives and condoms.
