Requirements

The candidate will support the marketing strategy and will be responsible for the daily management of our paid media mix and optimization of the budget. The person needs to have strong analytical skills, the ability to drive insights and prioritize, be dynamic, curious, and ambitious, with an entrepreneurial mind, passionate about our product, a strong team player and a great communicator.

Key responsibilities

● Management of on-ground car or motorbike marketing campaigns: defining goals and setting up and optimizing campaigns.
● Working closely with the head of marketing to execute strategic offline campaigns and events.
● Analysis and reporting of results.
● Developing and managing on-ground marketing campaigns
● Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
● Managing offline brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
● Plan and implement advertising, promotional campaigns for company product
● Plan market research to understand the user behaviours and requirements
● Plan company events such as users meetup, promotion events etc
● Build a strong relationship with business partners, agencies and suppliers
● Coordination with agencies: setting up guidelines and goals
● Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Job Requirements

● Minimum 2-3 years of experience with 1-year experience in the relevant field in a mid-level position.
