Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Work with a creative team of 4 led by a Creative Director and a recruitment team lead by Senior Recruitment Manager
• Develop marketing and branding strategies for CTU and Soe San
• Successfully utilize both organic and paid channels, create and curate content, deploy various campaigns (pay per click, lead generation, events, publicity, social media) and see through implementation from idea to execution
• Track and analyze performance of various campaigns, produce reports on performance, provide insights and measurable outcomes
• Conduct market research to learn consumer behavior, competition landscape and other external factors, and adjust marketing strategies based on findings to ensure the marketing/branding strategies and campaigns are effective
• Develop annual marketing plan and achieve visible annual and quarterly objectives/targets
• Prepare and monitor marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds efficiently and effectively.
• Work with external agencies, professional bodies and association on various collaborations, special programs and endorsements.
• Occasionally prepare visually pleasing presentations on marketing and branding plans/campaigns/reports to CEO, shareholders and BOD.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies (qualifications in marketing a highly preferred)
• Must have at least 3 years of experience specifically in marketing background
• Demonstrable experience in market research, identifying target audiences and the ability to devise creative marketing campaigns across all channels
• Organized and be able to work with deadlines and under pressure
• STRONG presentation skills, communication skills and an attitude to learn
• Ability to multi-task with a high sense of initiative
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
• Experience in working with cross-functional departments (preferred)
• Local resident with STRONG proficiency in written and spoken English (preferred)
