An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Set specific marketing strategy planning (Mid-term/Yearly marketing strategy, Product portfolio strategy) that align with the overall corporate direction and business goals.
  • Set marketing budget planning and monitoring, including P/L control, aligning with strategy.
  • Ensure brand alignment to enhance brand equity.
  • Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI.
  • Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and Integrated Marketing Communication, Channel, Pricing, etc.
  • Issue solving in Commercial area, working together with related departments or sections.
  • Improve Marketing organization capability, including updating Marketing organization structure, supervising and training up Marketing members through daily work.

Job Requirements

  • Any University degree, Master or Diploma in Marketing Management is more desirable.
  • Brand management experience as Brand Manager/Category Manager in FMCG companies, at least more than 5 years.
  • Team/ human management skill and experience, building up strong relationship with mutual trust
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external persons concerned.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office –Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
  • Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude.
  • Project management skill, crossing over organizational boundaries.
  • Having great mindset of Leadership, Integrity, Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Willing to work extended hours and travel extensively.
