• Assist in developing research design• Assist in quantitative questionnaire design• Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the screening questionnaires.• Liaise with fieldwork operations and data processing team to ensure the progress of recruitment is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays.• Design discussion guides to ensure they prompt meaning findings and are actionable.• Provide moderation for basic qualitative methodologies, such as focus groups and in-depth interviews.• Assist senior members on analysis and draft report to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.• Prepare cost estimation to achieve cost effectiveness. • Help liaise and maintain positive relationship with research agency (or agencies) as required• Assist senior members on ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of market research experience in managing research projects.• Experience in qualitative research as well as quantitative research in moderating/managing focus group discussion (FGD), analyzing retail audit data.• Have sense of analysis and reporting capacities• A client-agency mindset and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders• Exposure to category thinking and strategic planningIT Skills: High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
