Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • In Charge of end to end data and operation in charge at Redemption center
  • Monitor performance against brand KPIs / indices, monitor effectiveness of team & agencies
  • Assist develop brand strategy (value proposition, pricing, positioning, etc.) & objectives
  • Develop marketing plans and budgets for the respective brands
  • Execute marketing activities, events and new brand launch
  • Monitor SKU performance & drive product mgt. initiatives
  • Support product dev. with market & consumer inputs, execution of product launch
  • Trucking the Media trends change and monitor the performance of social media

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG
  • Must be experience in Data Management
  • Must be experience in Brand Management and Team Management
  • Strong leadership skill and High motivation skill
  • Coaching skills and Good presentation skills
  • Fluency of English , Strong computer skills, presentation skills and creativity
  • Self- motivated, productive and dynamic to meet the challenging
  • Possess good collaboration
  • Demonstrate Good Team player
  • Detail Oriented
  • Data Accuracy and Flawless execution
