•    Responsible for creating and editing suppliers on system and document validation.
•    Responsible for organizing and analyzing data from available data sources to support the Merchandising 
•    Creating the products including price and cost in system and edition for all types of change, and updating and uploading of Price and Cost.
•    Support the Commercial and Marketing to validate the deal for promotional activities (complex and in-store) 
•    Keep tracking of promotion, MM Sales performance.
•    Update log book and filling: item, supplier, cost, and DN.
•    Verify and confirm on cost different.
•    Responsible for creating a retail and wholesale reporting such as (but not limited to) daily sales, balance left report performance of merchandising and MM performance including Suppliers’ and Buyers’ as well as negative margin report
•    Update the Trading Agreement in system and any other suppliers’ documents 
•    Process the Refund and WAC adjustment.
•    Post and reconcile the complex deal and fixed deal
•    Responsible for month end closing of CCC and others as required 
•    Update budget sales by division.
•    Other tasks that may be assigned by Head of Department as per business requirement 
 

• At least 5 years working experience in Oracle System (ERP), Data Base and Sales Data Preparation & Analyzing 
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree graduate in Computer Science or Business Administration or related field 
• Proficient in computer skills, using analysis tools such as Power BI, etc., creating dashboards and reports.  
• Good in attention to details and high flexibility and adaptability 
• Positive attitude towards work and able to work under pressure environment with tight deadlines 
• Prefered a candidate with knowledge in sales and commercial
• Good command of English
