• Main responsibility for overall construction mahinery repair and maintenance.
• Up date Plant & Machinery List including specifications and maintenance manuals working for project Update 
• Attend Morning Meeting and share progress of maintenance and problem of Machinery. Explanation of Maintenance Team activity.
• Attend Weekly Construction Meeting. And share 3weeks schedule and progress of maintenance.  and problem of Machinery.
• Prepare Maintenance Plan, based on reccomendation from Machine manufacture and running hour and running milage of individual machinery/Plant
• Carrying out regular maintenance checks on systems such as brakes and couplings
• Cleaning, maintaining, oiling ,servicing , replacing and repairing a wide range of track equipment and machinery
• Prepare Individual machine  maintenance record.
• Carry out Ad-hoc  Maintenance which is not included in Maintenance Plan
• Prepare  Break down inspection record and repair record for indivisual machinery.
• Prepare / Compile  daily machine working record. Working record shall be filled by the Operator.
• Summarise qty of individual tools / consumable / spair parts for Machine Maintenance, and prepare purchase requisition.
• Supervise to Maintenance Worker, Staff Control - (Distribution of work task, training , reporting, consulting )
• prepare remodeling/modification request with detail (Plan including drawing)

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the related field
• Previous experience on maintenance of construction machinery with overseeing both direct and subcontracted works
• Able to cope with a demanding schedule and lead/co-ordinate a multi disciplinary team.
• Full understanding of construction techniques

• Full understanding of main contract document
• Full understanding of sub contract document
