Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of production and utility machineries assigned by Engineer
  • Monitor/ Record Utility Consumption Data
  • Operate Utility Machines (Air compressors, chiller, cooling tower, AHU, generator, utility pumps)
  • Examine detailed drawings or specifications to find out job, material and equipment requirements
  • Cut, thread, bend and install hydraulic and pneumatic pipes and lines
  • Dismantle faulty tools and assemblies and repair or replace defective parts
  • Monitor contractor works
  • Perform fabrication and mechanical installation work as and when required.
  • Set up and/or operate hand and machine tools, welding equipment or computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines
  • Follow COC, safety rules and practice at all times
  • Follow the standards of food safety, ISO, GMP, Halal and other.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by Engineer/ Manager.
  • Production outputs meet agreed plan
  • Timely troubleshoot/ repair machines, conveyors and equipment
  • Timely perform preventive maintenance
  • Follow PPE rule
  • Energy cost saving
  • Zero accident
  • Follow COC, safety rules and practice at all times
  • Follow the standards of food safety, ISO, GMP, Halal and other.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum diploma in mechanical/ mechatronics engineering. Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experienced in preferable food manufacturing or beverage industry more than 3 years
  • Positive thinking, Good coordination, No aggressiveness.
  • Good team player
  • Basic English skill (Reading / Speaking / Writing / Listening)
  • Ability to work either of the 12 hour shift, 6AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6AM
  • Able to follow company’s SHE and GMP rules at all times.
  • Ability to work overtime
