Job Description

Planning & abiding daily/monthly call plan for covering a given set of customers.
·Responsible for building good customer relationships & generating prescriptions.
·Ensuring frequency of visits to the given set of customers expectations.
·Achieving the business objectives for the financial year.
·Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors.
·Responsible to report daily, weekly & monthly call visits, feedback, requirements & follow up as required.
·Complete job related duties and tasks as assigned by the organization if required.
·To generate more brand prescription rates in assigned and responsible areas.
·Responsible for achieving individual KPI.

Job Requirements

Any graduated and prefer B.Pharm.
Must have 2 years experienes in related field.
Effective Communication skills.
Good product & market knowledge.
Strongly focused on customer relationships.
Good team player.
Self motivated and persistent in achieving results.
