  •  Planning & abiding daily/monthly call plan for covering a given set of customers.
  • ·Responsible for building good customer relationships & generating prescriptions.
  • ·Ensuring frequency of visits to the given set of customers expectations.
  • ·Achieving the business objectives for the financial year.
  • ·Collecting & communicating the market information about customers & competitors.
  • ·Responsible to report daily, weekly & monthly call visits, feedback, requirements & follow up as required.
  • ·Complete job related duties and tasks as assigned by the organization if required.
  • ·To generate more brand prescription rates in assigned and responsible areas.
  • ·Responsible for achieving individual KPI.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated and prefer B.Pharm.
  • Must have 2 years experienes in related field.
  • Effective Communication skills.
  • Good product & market knowledge.
  • Strongly focused on customer relationships.
  • Good team player.
  • Self motivated and persistent in achieving results.
