• Execute market research plans to identify current market and customer needs.
• Identify business opportunities by searching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Achieve organisational goals by increasing sales through expending market.
• Identify key stakeholders and close sales contracts by providing solutions and benefits to their organisation.
• Travel in field regularly to assess customer and field opinions on existing products and overall market climate.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and solutions; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Conduct product troubleshooting and solving complex issues through solid critical thinking skills.
• Ensures complaints are fully investigated, conducts further action as required and closes within a specific time frame.
• Conveys complaint investigation findings to the Quality Control Supervisor.
• Inform and train Sales and Marketing Representatives in the use of new techniques and products.
• Drive the development of marketing & educational tools and supporting-materials by attaining a thorough understanding of the products, procedure, and competition.
• Establish and develop key internal and external relationships, including cross functional teams, field teams and thought leaders.
